HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE CHAPTERS
STEP 1: Right click on the selected chapter
STEP 2: Left click  "Save Target As..."
STEP 3:  The Save As box opens
STEP 4:  Select the folder you where you want to keep these chapters
STEP 5:  Chose a name for the chapter or keep the name it already has
STEP 6: Left click "Save"
STEP 7:  Downlooad complete.  Repeat with other chapters.
